This is aSenior ServiceNow Developer / Technical Lead–type role, focused onClient-side and platform development.1 Depending on the team, it can be aligned to: AI Experiences (Virtual Agent / Now Assist / GenAI)OR ITX / Technology workflows (ITSM, ITAM, SPM, Change, etc.) It isnota functional/admin-only role — it ishands-on development. 2.
