**About the Role**
This position serves as a Services Architect Level II, with a primary function of working within the EMEA Service Architects team to support the UKG post go-live ‘Service Requests’ business stream. The Service Requests’ business stream is a key channel of business, generated by customer requests for UKG Delivery Services (primarily raised through the UKG Customer Portal) for customers wanting configuration adjustments to their UKG WFM solutions. The Service Architect is tasked with initial interpretation of the customer request (SR) in relation to UKG delivery services. The remit of this role includes Service Requests raised by international, global customers and approved delivery partners (where applicable).

UKG Service Architect will be responsible for the management of the UKG Service Request workflow in EMEA, this involves working with both clients and internal stakeholders to analyse and understand client requests and to create services proposals. This role will maintain a thorough knowledge of UKG services and practices and work with each service line to create, coordinate and present the proposed solution and pricing. This role will be responsible for meeting SLA’s around Service Requests by evaluating and positioning services components for the client, while acting as a key point of contact for sales and clients for each services opportunity/Service Request. This position reports to the EMEA Director of Service Architecture.

**Responsibilities Include**
• Partner with the UKG Sales, Pre-sales, Alliances and Services/Support organizations to support and manage Service Requests and UKG short order work
• Provide a single point of contact to Sales/Customer Success Managers for aligned services/Service Request opportunities
• Manage the Service Request process to completion, coordinating with Resource Deployment, Delivery Services, and Sales
• Maintain opportunities in Salesforce and be able to communicate this pipeline to the wider business
• Contribute to the improved efficiency of the Services Request function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools/templates/processes
• Liaise with the broader global team to support Multi-National Service Requests with an EMEA element

**About the Candidate**
• Sales, presales, or consulting experience preferred
• Knowledge of UKG WFM solutions preferred
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Previous responsibility for Professional Services and Application Hosting / Cloud Services / Managed Services sales including developing SOW’s, estimating projects, and working in a client facing environment preferred
• Ability to develop strong internal working relationships
• Able to work with minimal direction
• Organizes time effectively and determines the right resources needed to effectively perform job assignments
