Service Coordinator Needed

Pay $19 - $22 an hour (based on level of experience)

We are a Security Systems integrations and servicing company supporting commercial and enterprise level companies. We are looking to hire a Service Coordinator to join our team to help support our technical installations and services team with scheduling appointments, take in service calls and follow up with the appropriate service/installation teams, ticketing distribution and follow up, etc. Customer Service experience is ideal.

Description

The Service Coordinator will be taking calls from clients regarding service appointments and scheduling the technical installers/ servicing team to go out at certain times. Very straight forward role.

Skills

Must hold outstanding communication skills with a customer service mentality.

Must hold great Microsoft office application skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
