SERVICES COORDINATOR

Service Coordinator

Position: Service Coordinator

Department: Service /backoffice

Location: Sec-24, Faridabad

Reporting To: Service Manager

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through phone, email, and written communication in a professional manner.

Coordinate with the service team to schedule service visits, maintenance, and repairs.

Prepare and send service reports, quotations, and follow-up emails to customers.

Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service requests, and job status.

Ensure timely communication between customers, technicians, and management.

Track service progress and update customers regularly until closure.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance reports.

Manage AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) schedules and documentation.

Maintain service inventory logs (tools, spare parts, consumables).

Support the service team in documentation, filing, and coordination tasks.



Mandatory Skills & Requirements


Excellent email drafting and official communication skills.

Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.



Minimum Qualification
: Graduate (Any stream).

Experience: 2–4 years (Service coordination or similar role preferred).
