Job Description

As an intern in Services Delivery Department, you will support back-office activities of Customer Service for the EMEA region, ensuring smooth operations and enhancing service delivery.

**Your role:**

+ You will support back-office daily activities for the EMEA region, including updating internal databases, preparing Lean Daily Management boards, and managing medical equipment data in SAP and Salesforce Service Max.

+ You will play a key role in delivering efficient services to clients across EMEA region, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.

+ You will collaborate with a diverse multinational team of professionals from 20 different nationalities, engaging with stakeholders from various departments to ensure effective service delivery.
