**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Act as the primary representative for contingent workforce management systems, ensuring daily operations run smoothly.

+ Manage workflows and tasks within the Vendor Management System (VMS), including worker requests, partner requests, approvals, and assignments.

+ Collaborate with partners and internal stakeholders to address operational needs and resolve challenges.

+ **Vendor Management System (VMS) Expertise:**

+ Administer the VMS, ensuring proper system functionality and timely processing of data.

+ Perform bulk data uploads, such as worker assignments, rate adjustments, and compliance records, to maintain system accuracy.

+ Monitor and troubleshoot issues in the VMS, resolving errors and optimizing workflows.

+ Utilize VMS reporting tools to extract and analyze data, providing actionable insights to improve program performance.
