Job Description

• **Define and deploy Quality strategy** for Services product lines aligned with Transit Quality Strategy, including continuous improvement plans and cultural transformation initiatives

• **Monitor and control Quality performance** through KPIs across Customer interface, Engineering, and Project Management to achieve customer targets and ensure on-time deliverables

• **Manage Customer Quality Interface** as primary representative for quality matters, ensuring professional meeting preparation, achievement of committed targets, and timely escalation of issues

• **Lead quality organization** including PQE, Product Quality teams, and Regional Quality network while developing, training, and coaching team members on quality excellence

• **Ensure QMS compliance** across Services Sites and Transit QMS while supporting Quality BPO for process and tools deployment

• **Manage Safety cases and Hot issues** until LLC implementation is secured, with proper escalation from OU/PL to Regions/Transit level

• **Own quality budget** including preparation, execution, and follow-up aligned with product line strategy

• **Exercise stop/release authority** for any Process/Product/Project (APQP) within the Product Line and all Operating Units to ensure quality standards

Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
+ Extensive experience in quality management within production/industrial settings, particularly in Automotive, Aerospace, Rail, or similar sectors
+ Strong background in Project Management and/or continuous improvement methodologies
+ Proven ability to navigate complex, international matrix organizations
+ Fluent in English (written and verbal)
