Role Overview

  • Location: Seoul, Korea

  • Languages: Native-level Korean and fluent English (written and spoken) 
  • Scope of the Role
    As a Customer-Facing Services Solutions Architect, you will work with multiple customers across all sectors in Korea. You will collaborate with Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) and various cross-functional business units (. Oracle Software, Cloud, Systems) to design and sell comprehensive service solutions. Your focus will span the entire lifecycle of Oracle’s cloud and on-premises portfolio, covering enhanced support, operations, and managed services.


    Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Industry Expertise: 10+ years of experience in IT, with significant experience in a presales or architect role.
