Course description: Education and Career Preparation 0600 is an ABE Provincial level course with the goal of enhancing the life and employment readiness skills of adult learners. Students will be prepared to pursue occupational and educational goals in a changing and diverse world. There are seven topics covered in this course. They include: communication skills, education and career exploration skills, study skills, living skills, personal and interpersonal awareness skills, job search skills, work/training experience, career management.
