About the Role

At Skills Centre Plus, our mission is simple: to change lives and make a difference. We're proud to provide a supportive, inspiring environment for young people aged 16 -19 who need a different kind of educational setting—one that meets their needs, recognises their potential, and helps them thrive. 

Our learners all have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), and some can display challenging behaviours. We're looking for someone who is patient, adaptable, and genuinely cares about helping young people succeed; especially those who may not have found success in traditional educational settings.
