Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Sessional Trainer located in Perth, WA. The Sessional Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services, adhering to industry standards and compliance requirements. Key tasks include planning and conducting training sessions, assessing learner progress, and providing support to ensure successful outcomes. Collaboration with the broader genU Training team is essential to maintain and enhance training quality and learning materials.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in training delivery and instructional techniques tailored to diverse learners
  • Experience in assessment processes, including evaluating skills and providing constructive feedback
  • Strong understanding of aged care, community services, disability, or mental health sectors
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or its predecessor with compliance upgrades
  • Current working knowledge of compliance standards in the Registered Training Organisation (RTO) sector
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to program improvement
  • Knowledge of inclusive training practices and a commitment to empowering diverse individuals
