Job Description Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a high-level manufacturing facility in Laconia, NH who is looking to hire additional Setup Operators on 2nd and 3rd shift! This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity Pay Rate : 2nd Shift: $23.70 per hour 3rd Shift: $24.78 per hour Schedule: 2nd Shift: 3:30pm to 11:30am Monday – Friday, OT may be required when needed. 3rd Shift: 11:30pm to 7:30am Sunday – Thursday, OT may be required when needed. Job Summary: Perform required duties to set up a minimum of one machine in the Grinding Department, to perform a limited variety of finish grinding or honing on ferrous, non-ferrous parts, working to close and critical tolerances and finishes. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work from drawings, process sheets, specifications, standard procedures, instructions.
