Set-up Tech II - 1st Shift

The Set-Up Tech II plays a critical role in ensuring the consistent performance, efficiency, and reliability of Thermoformer and Extruder machinery within the Thermoforming manufacturing process. This position is responsible for executing precise mold set-ups and machine start-ups to maximize output and equipment utilization. The individual will actively contribute to maintaining part quality, managing material systems, and supporting cross-functional coordination. By adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and departmental KPIs, the Set-Up Tech II ensures operational continuity and supports continuous improvement.
