Settlements Officer

A rare opportunity to join a Big 4 Bank in the Mortgages Operations team. In this role you will be processing the settlement of loan applications. You will be assessing and ensuring documentation compliance at various stages of the settlement process. Initial 6 month contract with a view of extension/permanent conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assessing, collating and processing loan application documents
• Ensuring compliance with banking standards and processes
• Liaising with brokers and solicitors to verify document information
• Making inbound and outbound calls, and providing amazing customer service
• Preparation of settlement documentation and final completion of applications
