Key Responsibilities

• Verify loan quality as per US mortgage requirements and lender guidelines
• Set up loan files for underwriting (UW)
• Provide outstanding customer service to internal and external clients
• Review and analyze borrower and third-party documentation
• Interpret policies and assess applicant, property, and documentation details
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of credit underwriting guidelines

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US Residential Mortgage (preferably in Pre UW/File Setup)
• Strong knowledge of Income and Asset Guidelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• ️ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
