Sewing Machine Operator

We’re looking for a skilled Sample Maker who can produce high‑quality prototypes with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires someone who can anticipate and troubleshoot potential production challenges, solve complex assembly issues, and fully understand how the final product is intended to function.

**Responsibilities**

+ Provide hands‑on insight throughout the prototyping process to help the design team refine products for smooth large‑scale manufacturing and exceptional quality.
+ Construct backpack prototypes using design sketches, CAD-generated patterns, and detailed spec sheets.
+ Support the product team by recommending assembly techniques and assisting with sewing‑related issues.
