SF Associate Director

Our client is looking for an Associate Director - Structured Finance to join their team in São Paulo, Brazil. The professional will focus on rating structured finance transactions (such as FIDCS, CRI, CRA, others in Brazil), related market research and commentary.

Responsibilities:

• Lead structured finance transactions rating projects;
• Analyze structured finance operations and products worldwide;
• Elaborate market research projects and reports regarding structured finance credit.

Requirements:

• Working experience in credit structuring;
• Great working knowledge in structured finance operations;
• Oral and written proficiency in Portuguese and English;
• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or another related field.
