Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation and support activities for SuccessFactors Compensation module.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define processes, and design scalable Compensation solutions.
- Configure and maintain Compensation templates, eligibility rules, budgets, guidelines, and workflows.
- Integrate Compensation with other SuccessFactors modules (EC, PMGM, Variable Pay, etc.).
