We are currently seeking a SF Service Cloud Tech Lead to join our team in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India (IN).

SF Service Cloud Tech Lead

Location: India

· Lead hands-on development for the Service Cloud program with the team following best practices, extending out of the box features with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), modern web standards, and Salesforce security frameworks.

· Translate architectural designs into scalable technical components, ensuring performance, reusability, and adherence to platform best practices.

· Implement complex front-end and back-end functionality across LWR, Lightning Web Components, Apex services, and integration layers.

· Provide code reviews, enforce DevSecOps practices, and guide the engineering team across development, testing, deployment, and release cycles.

Service Cloud Requirement

· 8+ years Salesforce development experience, with 2–3+ years focused on LWC and LWR-based Service Cloud implementations.

Certification Requirement

· Salesforce JavaScript Developer I (required).

· Salesforce Platform Developer I/II (strongly preferred).
