Proven ability to quickly understand the structure, functionality, and business context of enterprise applications — be it ERP, CRM, Sales, or Service platforms etc.

Strong analytical mindset with an aptitude to grasp application workflows, business logic, and integration points with minimal supervision.

Ability to ask the right questions to extract both implicit and explicit requirements from stakeholders.

Knowledge of basic KPIs and reporting expectations in business functions.

Support activities such as preparing test scripts, conducting walkthroughs, and capturing feedback.
