Job Description
The SFDC Admin/Developer, Revenue Operations will partner with sales teams across Mitratech for building & maintaining a modern and scalable data platform. This position will report to the Manager, Revenue Operations and will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance & SFDC organizations.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Works closely with global sales teams to understand and improve data and processes
- Financial Force and support to our professional services and support functions
- Ensure data integrity and control over business processes within ERP systems
- Maintains the intake of information to ensure established guidelines and procedures are followed
- Develop & implement Data management best practices to help maintain high level of integrity, trust & quality of data
- Improve upon the existing Data Quality
- Support M&A activity from a data operations perspective by assisting in data mapping/load needs
