- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) platform
- Expertise in Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio
- Familiarity with SFMC APIs, AMPscript, and SQL
- Understanding of data modelling, segmentation, and personalization
- Experience with marketing automation, email marketing, and campaign management
- Proven experience leading SFMC projects or teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams e.g., marketing and IT teams
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Knowledge of integration with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP)
- Design and develop marketing automation solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define marketing strategies
