SFDC Senior Solution Architect - (Generative AI-Agentforce)

This role is pivotal in leveraging AI to drive automation, enhance customer interactions, and streamline business processes through intelligent, AI-driven solutions.

Solution Design & Architecture:
AI-Driven Solution Design:
o Lead the design of AI-based solutions within Salesforce, especially focusing on integrating Generative AI into Agentforce to enhance customer service, automation, and agent productivity.
o Develop scalable architecture models that support generative AI tools like Einstein GPT, LLM (large language models), and other AI capabilities within Salesforce.
Generative AI Integration:
o Drive the integration of Salesforce s AI capabilities with existing Salesforce modules such as Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and custom Agentforce applications.
