Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance for all IT standards and security policies
  • Develop instructional documentation and provide training to users
  • Driving support for users for all IT needs
  • Identify gaps across hardware and services and then execute initiatives to improve quality of service
  • Ability to be onsite at required times
  • Assist in maintaining accuracy and relevance of the technical knowledge-base
  • Ensure service of Conference Room Technologies are operating
  • Printer Support

Role Requirements & Applicable Technologies

  • 5+ years of work experience
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize, and self-manage time
  • Excellent proficiency in written and verbal communication
  • Resiliency / Flexibility
  • Familiarity with servicing abroad spectrum of development collaboration tools, including Active Directory, Duo, Yubikey and Google Apps/Suite and SSO
