You will serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for UKG Pro (Ultipro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM), supporting global stakeholders through configuration, reporting, system improvements, and project delivery.<br/><br/>This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder collaboration to drive efficiency, accuracy, and innovation across HR, payroll, time & attendance, and scheduling systems.<br/><br/><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br/><br/>- Act as the Lead and primary point of contact for all stakeholders on UKG Pro / Ultipro and UKG Workforce Management (WFM) configuration, issues, reporting, data exports, and implementations.<br/><br/>- Lead and manage HRIS Workforce Management (Time & Attendance) projects, enhancements, and system upgrades.<br/><br/>- Handle Tier 2 UKG/Ultipro support requests, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and a proactive problem-solving mindset.<br/><br/>- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, and workforce managementrelated initiatives.<br/><br/>- Test new software releases and system upgrades; assess impact and identify opportunities to integrate enhancements into existing HR processes.<br/><br/>- Document HRIS workflows, configurations, and processes; identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities across time, attendance, leave, and scheduling systems.<br/><br/>- Perform data gathering, validation, and analysis related to workforce time, scheduling, and attendance metrics.<br/><br/>- Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure system accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.<br/><br/>- Mentor, train, and support junior HRIS Analyst team members to build overall team capability.<br/><br/><b>Required Qualifications & Skills</b><br/><br/>- Strong hands-on experience with UKG Pro (Ultipro) and UKG Workforce Management (WFM).<br/><br/>- Proven experience managing HRIS projects, system enhancements, and complex configurations.<br/><br/>- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce and timekeeping data.<br/><br/>- Experience supporting payroll, time & attendance, leave management, and scheduling systems.<br/><br/>- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.<br/><br/>- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.<br/><br/><b>Why Join SGS & Co?</b><br/><br/>- Work with a global, diverse, and collaborative team<br/><br/>- Make a tangible impact on HR technology and workforce operations<br/><br/>- Be part of a company committed to innovation, inclusion, and sustainability<br/><br/>- Opportunity to grow and lead within a dynamic, future-focused organization</p><p></p> (ref:iimjobs.com)
