Ensure submission of daily stock& consumption status of CBFS for further procurement planning Ensure availability of tankers for lifting CBFS and regular interaction with transporters Co ordination with weighbridge for CBFS tankers Reconcile for proper accounting of CBFS transactions from port to plant consumption Contract review of following services 1 Port Storage Tanks 2 Agents 3 Transporters Ensure optimum levels of CBFS at both Plantand Port forsmooth unloading / discharge of material Bill passing for Supplier, Shipper, Surveyor, Storage Terminal and Transporters Receipt of goods Ensure timely regularization of receipt against all incoming materials, viz. Raw Material , Packing Material , Project and Stores & Spares
