The UCV is offering a challenging position as Project Manager. The main mission of the Project Manager will be to set up a shared service desk for Vaud municipalities, specifically the implementation of the project: This involves coordinating technical, legal and financial aspects for centralized portal establishment (architecture, hosting). In addition to setting up the service desk, you will need to ensure development is implemented for all hundred municipalities.
