• Coordinate, negotiate, and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts under minimal supervision.
• Research business agreements, government and commercial contracting methods, including policies, procedures and regulations, to provide appropriate leadership and support during proposal, fact-find, negotiation, and day-to-day contracting activities.
