We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations (Ops) Shared Services Lead to oversee the offshoring of our ops shared services from Singapore and Australia to Manila. The scope of the operation supports the sales and delivery operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, a deep understanding of ops shared services, and a proven track record in managing offshoring operations.
