Summary


Position reviews and processes deductions, generates reports, and performs general clerical duties. Interacts with internal and external customers professionally.


Responsibilities



  • Responsible for aging of deductions for specific customers

  • Review and verify promotions to resolve proper deals to the customer

  • Reconcile MS Excel spreadsheet with open and/or questionable deductions

  • Maintain Account Receivable filing system

  • Interact with internal and external employees

  • Responsible for collections and handling customer accounts

  • Acute attention to detail

  • Completes other tasks as needed
