Role

This is a newly created Shared Services Supervisor position covering both receivables and payables, but with a clear focus on Accounts Receivable and debt recovery. You'll provide day-to-day leadership across AR activities, ensuring strong controls, timely collections, and consistent processes, while remaining close to the detail yourself. This is not a hands-off role – you'll be expected to understand the ledger, support the team with escalations, and continuously improve how things are done.
