SharePoint Engineer

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the SharePoint Squad Lead, the SharePoint Engineer will work under the technical guidance of the SharePoint Technical Lead to deliver and support Enterprise SharePoint across BAE Systems UK & RoW.
• Work closely with internal customers across all UK Business helping to capture requirements for Business-as-Usual improvements to their SharePoint deployments, developing innovative solutions then delivering against agreed work packages. Whilst ensuring all SharePoint deployments and developments adhere to internal Governance.
• Utilises methods, tools, techniques, selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches.
• Deals with problems and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information. Collects and uses feedback from customers and stakeholders to help measure effectiveness of st...
