Roles & Responsibilities :
SharePoint migration & Developer

Role Overview  

We are seeking an experienced SharePoint Developer  to design, develop, customize, and migrate SharePoint environments across on-premises and cloud platforms. The role requires expertise in both server-side and client-side development , along with hands-on experience in SharePoint migrations, automation, scripting, and integration with Microsoft 365 ecosystem . 

Key Responsibilities  

  • SharePoint Development & Customization  

  • Design and develop custom web parts, features, and solutions using C#  and .NET . 

  • Implement client-side scripting (JavaScript, jQuery, REST API, SPFx)  for modern UI enhancements. 

  • Customize SharePoint UI using SharePoint Designer  and branding tools. 

  • Develop and automate workflows using SharePoint Designer Workflows, Power Automate (Flow) , and PowerShell . 

  • Migration & Upgrade  

  • Plan and execute SharePoint migrations from legacy versions (2010/2013/2016) to SharePoint Online . 

  • Perform validation, verification, and troubleshooting of migrated content and components. 

  • Utilize SPMT, Content Matrix, and related tools  for migration activities. 

  • Automation & Scripting  

  • Create PowerShell scripts  for SharePoint administration, operations, and post-migration verification. 

  • Leverage Azure Functions & Azure SQL  for extending SharePoint capabilities. 

  • Integration & Ecosystem  

  • Work with Microsoft 365 ecosystem  including Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform. 

  • Integrate OpenAI / AI-driven solutions  with Power Automate for intelligent workflows. 

  • Implement secure App-based authentication  and service integrations. 

Required Skills & Experience  

  • Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Server-side development (C#, .NET, CSOM, SSOM) . 

  • Expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016, SharePoint 2013 . 

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting  for SharePoint operations and automation. 

  • Solid experience with SharePoint Designer, UI customization, and workflow automation . 

  • Knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, REST API, SPFx  for client-side development. 

  • Experience in SharePoint migrations  using SPMT, Content Matrix, and Azure VMs. 

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services , Azure Functions , and Azure SQL . 

  • Exposure to OpenAI and Power Automate integration  is a plus. 

Preferred Qualifications  

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field. 

  • Microsoft certifications in SharePoint / M365 / Azure . 

  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. 

  • Ability to work in both independent and collaborative team environments.
