9 PDC2C Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, yWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Developer with deep expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for building and customizing SharePoint applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business needs. You'll work extensively with SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), and modern development practices to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint-based solutions to support legal workflows and knowledge management. Integrating Power Platform features, AI enhancements, or cloud search. Create and maintain data structures, support data migration, visualization, and integration between SharePoint and other systems. Collaborate with product owners, scrum master and other developers in an agile environment. Implement best practices for SharePoint architecture, security, and performance optimization. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development, .Net Full Stack Development, Microsoft PowerShell, C# Programming Language.- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint 2019).- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and PowerShell scripting.- Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, and modern web technologies.- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams and Power Platform.- Develop secure mechanisms for data exchange with external systems via APIs or other methods.- Familiarity with Power Automate workflows and document management solutions.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.-Experience with Copilot Studio is a plus.- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and development best practices.- Experience with modern web development frameworks and libraries.- Proficient in developing and deploying applications in a cloud environment.- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online Development.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.
