Skill Set
Extensive hands-on experience with SharePoint Server //SPSE and SharePoint Online.Proficient in SOM, CSOM, REST API, and Microsoft Graph API.Strong PowerShell scripting skills using SOM and CSOM.Development expertise in C#, JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS, TypeScript, SPFx, PowerApps, PnP library.Familiar with development environments including Visual Studio and VS Code.Experience with GitLab or any other for source control and branch management.SharePoint Search Schema Management – customizing managed properties and search experiences.


Role & Responsibilities
Deliver optimal technical solutions aligned with business requirements.Guide and mentor team members in implementing scalable and maintainable solutions.Investigate and resolve issues across client-side, server-side, and farm-level environments.Collaborate with support teams to implement new solutions and troubleshoot existing issues.Analyse existing implementations to accommodate new features and evolving requirements.Manage code repositories in GitLab, including master and development branches.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.Participate in sprint planning and grooming sessions with business stakeholders.Work closely with the QA team to define testing strategies based on user stories.Assign tasks and user stories to team members, ensuring balanced workload distribution.Prepare and review deployment guides to ensure smooth release cycles.Oversee deployments to the production environment, ensuring minimal disruption.Build proof-of-concept (PoC) solutions to help business teams visualize ideas and make informed decisions.Ensure adherence to best practices in SharePoint development, security, and governance.
