Summary This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD Workforce to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. About the Position: This position is primarily responsible for the planning, execution/coordination and evaluation of prevention activities (policies, programs and practices), training, education, and outreach for sexual harassment and sexual assault. Responsibilities Provide technical and policy assistance in resolving problem areas related to the prevention of sexual harassment and assault. Recognize existing or potential risk factors that can lead to sexual harassment or sexual assault. Facilitate prevention activities for the installation that span across the socio-ecological model to address potential risk factors and bolster protective factors.
