Job Description
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, industry standards, and company SHE policies for all electrical works.
- Conduct risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRA) for electrical activities.
- Monitor safe execution of electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works at site.
- Develop and implement safe work procedures (SWP) and method statements for electrical activities.
- Conduct toolbox talks, SHE inductions, and training sessions focused on electrical safety.
- Carry out site inspections, identify unsafe acts/conditions, and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure implementation of Lockout-Tagout (LOTO), Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, and other electrical safety measures.
- Lead accident/incident investigations related to electrical works, prepare reports, and ensure preventive measures.
