Pay Rate: $16.50
3rd shift 1030pm-7 am or 11 pm-730am

We're looking for a dependable Shear Operator to set up and operate mechanical presses, accurately cutting materials in accordance with production requirements.

What You'll Do:
• Operate mechanical presses in a safe, positive environment
• Inspect, identify, and cut materials to specification
• Prioritize multiple jobs and keep production flowing
• Follow written work instructions and quality expectations
• Use calipers, tape measures, and other measuring tools
• Perform basic shop math with tolerances ( /- .005)
• Lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Adhere to ISO and OSHA safety standards
• Perform additional tasks as needed
