Job Title

Field Service Technician: A Key Role in Sheet Metal Automation Support.

You will be part of a technical service team providing on-site, telephone and email support to customers. As a Service Technician, you will diagnose complex problems and perform repairs, installations and maintenance while traveling to customer locations for initial training.
Responsibilities include diagnosing machines examining electrical/mechanical systems performing software updates documenting product issues/resolutions

  • Troubleshoot mechanical problems using skilled measurement inspection techniques
  • Detecting pneumatic/hydraulic system malfunctions reading schematics test equipment programming drives PLCs Microsoft Office proficiency control circuits sensors switches relays timers fusing
