Responsibilities

Manage daily production schedules to meet delivery and quality goals.

Supervise shop operations and prioritize workflow.

Monitor setup and run times and update production systems.

Coordinate expedited orders, overtime, and shipping schedules.

Ensure compliance with work instructions and quality requirements.
•
Lead, train, and motivate production employees.
•
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Management to improve efficiency.
