Shell Builder B

Primary Function:
Perform necessary operations to build a quality ceramic shell encasing the wax sprue assembly.
Must exhibit average proficiency in the use of personal computers
Tools and Equipment:
Slurry tanks, precoat tanks, poultry netting, autoclave unit, putty knives, carts, ABB Robots,
fork truck, scales, burnout furnaces, hand drills, thermometers, electronic media, etc.

Material:
Petroleum based waxes, isopropanol alcohol, ammonia, zircon sand, silica sand, ludox, synasol,
ethyl silicate, mullite powder, PC205, etc.

Direction of Others:
None

Working Procedure:
Under the guidance and supervision of the Department Supervisor, or the Process Control Operator,
or the Shell Builder A, the Shell Builder B
