SHEQ Administrator

Overview

Genus Services is a subsidiary of GenusPlus Group (GNP). We deliver nationwide turnkey telecommunication infrastructure solutions, encompassing engineering, installation, commissioning, and maintenance across multiple disciplines.

We are currently seeking an experienced SHEQ Training Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to the SHEQ National Manager, the SHEQ Administrator will be responsible for the day to day running and coordination of the SHEQ administrative and document control processes.

The SHEQ Administrator Will Be Responsible For

• Maintain SHEQ systems, intranet content, and online platforms.
• Manage document control and compliance with branding and governance standards.
• Support SHEQ reporting, communications, meetings, and audits.
• Maintain registers, licences, and compliance records.
• Track corrective actions and support continuous improvement.
• Provide administrative support to the National SHEQ Manager and SHEQ team.

Essential Skills

• Intermediate Office skills (SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet use.
• Experience in SHEQ administration, document control, and online platforms.
• Strong accuracy, record-keeping, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Desirable Skills

• Qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS/WHS) and/or Internal Auditing.
• Experience in development, implementation, and continuous improvement of integrated SHEQ management systems (Myosh, SharePoint and ChemAlert).
• Experience in utilities, construction, and/or the resources industry.
