As a Shift Coordinator, you are a crucial pillar in our production process. Your area of responsibility includes:
Schedule activities to be executed - preparation, execution, and follow-up of all production activities - as well as for the shift planning and assignment of the team, thereby ensuring production. During production, you coordinate these activities and ensure a smooth production flow.
Prepare the shift team for the various tasks, you coordinate the introduction and training of production employees based on a training plan.
