    Marble is proud to be partnering with one of the world's largest and most respected hard rock underground mining contractors, to recruit experienced Shift Electricians for their operations at various Underground Mine Sites in the Goldfields region.


    This is an opportunity to secure long-term FIFO work on a well-established underground operation, backed by a global mining services leader with a strong safety culture, modern fleet, and genuine career development pathways.

    The Role: Underground Mine Shift Electrician


    You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a modern fleet of underground mining equipment, ensuring safe and efficient production across the operation.


    Key Responsibilities:


  • Carrying out scheduled and preventative electrical maintenance on Electrical Componenet and fixed plant such as conveyors, chutes, ventilation fans, etc




  • Fault finding, diagnostics, and breakdown repairs on underground equipment




  • Electrical inspections, servicing, and repairs og HV/LV Electrical systems/motors




  • Supporting safe and efficient underground production activities




  • Adhering to safety systems, procedures, and quality standards



  • Provide technical expertise to facilitate planned, unplanned and or breakdown maintenance

    • Roster & FIFO


  • FIFO from Perth




  • Rotating roster: 8/6 & 7/7




  • Travel convenience with an airport on site


    • Camp & Facilities


    Camp facilities include:


  • Gym, shop, laundry facilities

  • WiFi and Telstra available throughout the village



  • Rooms with private ensuite, mini bar fridge, flat-screen TV with Foxtel


    • About You


    To be successful in this role, you will have:


  • Trade qualification as an Electrician (Cert III or above)



  • High Voltage (HV) Switching Operations certification or ticket


  • Proven experience working as an Underground Mine Shift Electrician or similar roles




  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills on underground mining plant




  • A strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and high-quality workmanship
