Night Shift 10:00am - 6:00am
Shift-based Reactive & Preventative Maintenance to facilitate effective & efficient continuity of product supply.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical lead on shift, dotted line report to shift supervisor, responsibility is to ensure that the plant, its operations and operators are safe, manufacturing quality product in an efficient and productive manner maximising equipment throughput.
- Strong awareness of technical health & safety hazards e.g. electricity at work, working at height, isolation of energy sources etc.. – Able to risk assess and implement mitigation and control actions.
- Competence in root-cause fault-finding with resourceful short-term resolution with a drive to implement long-term ‘100yr fixes’.
- Reviews production targets & priorities and balances workload accordingly
- Supports production line change-overs and trains & coaches operations team
