Job Description
As a SHIFT ENGINEER, you will ensure the operation of the Pre-reactor and Reactor in their Physical, Chemical and Mechanical functions to achieve production targets of Domestic and Export Cathodic Resins, within the parameters of safety and quality of our product. In addition to organizing and coordinating the daily activities of the plant, with the personnel in charge for achieving departmental and corporate goals.
You will report to production manager.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Order materials for each day's production.
- Follow up on the kanban signal of Cathode Resin, to comply with the reactor schedule and deliveries of finished product to our domestic and export customers in their different packaging presentations.
- Organize the daily activities of the Resins plant related to the operation of the reactor, dilution, distillation and blending for producing intermediate and final resins.
