Job Role

• Candidate should have experience in preparing detailed reports for equipment malfunctions and repairs.
• Managing operations of Transformer, DG Set, STP, ETP, Elevators, Fire Alarm System, and Electrical Panels.
• Ensuring timely AMC renewal, coordinating with purchase team for costing of spares.
• Monitoring MTTR, MTBF, and implementing WHY-WHY analysis for breakdown reduction.
• Performing Kaizen and improvement activities.
• Ensuring compliance with Work Permit System and Maintenance Manuals.
• Performed preventive & corrective maintenance on Pumps, Motors, Conveyors, Valves.
• Handled HT/LT Panels, Transformer, DG set, STP/ETP, Elevators, Fire Systems, Compressors.
• Operation & Preventive Maintenance of Chiller, AHU, FCU, Boiler, CCTV, Access Control.
• Conducted root cause analysis for repeated breakdowns (WHY-WHY, MTTR, MTBF).
• Ensured AMC renewal, vendor coordination & costing of spares.
