Job Title: Shift Engineer
Location: Port Sunlight Factory
JOB PURPOSE
Sustain line performance through: owning preventative maintenance standards and completion; managing tagging by encouraging all to raise them and then prioritization and completion through the engineering team; reducing short term losses through quick resolution of machine breakdowns; and driving a zero loss mindset through EWO initiation and completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Actively participate in the preventative maintenance planning for the area, ensuring that all work is risk assessed, appropriate resource is available and utilised and the tasks can occur without conflicting requirements.
+ Take part in regular inspections/audits for good housekeeping/5S and machine safety and ensure agreed action are completed
+ Setup equipment to manufacture products in accordance with quality procedures and standards to achieve the product quality target...
