Job Title: Shift Facility Technician (M&E Maintenance)

Location : Islandwide

Period: PERM

Working Days: 5.5 Work Days week

Working Hours: 8:30am-6pm

Attire: Plain White T shirt/Polo T with black pants and covered shoes.

Job Scope:

• Carrying out maintenance, repairing and servicing tasks (Electrical /Mechanical).
• Carry out preventive / breakdown and corrective maintenance of M&E works.
• To carry out maintenance operations for facilities or buildings , including troubleshooting and repairing M&E systems.
• Attend to defects and customers' complains promptly. Respond to any fault reports, client requests, or any breakdowns efficiently.
• Performing regular maintenance and repairs on the building facilities or systems to ensure smooth operation. Reporting any fault issues to the supervisor.
• Conduct preventive checks and troubleshooting on the M&E systems.
