As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide the team during your assigned shift and help maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you’re responsible for ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations. This is a leadership role ideal for those 18+ with great communication and multitasking skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead shifts and uphold Captain D’s values and service standards
• Ensure food quality and safety procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
• Assist with cash handling and basic admin tasks
• Motivate team members and support their development

Schedule:

• Varies; includes nights, weekends, holidays
